What should I expect when I visit Calvary?
At Calvary we love visitors and you can expect to be warmly welcomed. You can expect a ministry that is focused on glorifying and enjoying the Lord together through:
- Worship of the Triune God that is reverent & joyful.
- Teaching from Scripture that is Christ-centered & relevant to life.
- Fellowship with one another that is warm, welcoming & genuine.
- Outreach to our community and world that is zealous & sacrificial.
What about my children?
Calvary is full of children. We have three clean, safe, well-staffed nurseries on the lower level for babies and toddlers, as well as a private room for nursing mothers (with the audio of the service). We also have children’s ministries and youth ministries during the week.
What should I wear?
Wear what is comfortable for you. We don’t have a dress code. You will find that people wear everything from suits to jeans.
How can I plug in?
A great first step is to join us for our monthly fellowship meal. Don’t bring anything but yourselves; there’s always plenty of great food!
Calvary also has home groups that are always open to new members, as well as weekly ministries for children, youth, college, women, and men. Talk to any member after the service, or call Pastor Sallade or Pastor Smith at the church at 215-884-0912; we will be glad to help you connect.
