Calvary’s Youth Group is for students in grades 7-12.  We meet about once per month to learn from God’s Word, to love one another, and to serve those in need.  Our youth leaders are Erik & Jane Petersons and Phil & Beth VanVeldhuizen.  Contact them at youth@calvaryopcglenside.org.

Learning from God’s Word

Learning from God’s Word is of chief importance. We seek to apply God’s changeless Word to our lives. We also discuss current events, issues, and movies. You name it, and we’ll learn from it!

Loving One Another

Discovering what it’s like to live among a body of believers is important. We do summer camping trips, pool parties, ice skating, and snow tubing. However we do it, we need to spend time together!

Serving Those in Need

Developing the mind of Christ means being a servant. We learn to serve by serving. So we help out the members of our church who have needs, and from time to time in our community as well.
