Annual Family Retreat

Memorial Day weekend is a special time, as Calvary gathers at the Gretna Glen Retreat Center in Lebanon, PA.  We enjoyed the beautiful outdoors for a Friday evening and all day Saturday.  Highlights include a great speaker, times of fellowship and singing, activities for kids and adults, and plenty of free time.  The third annual 2012 Family Retreat is once again scheduled for Memorial Day weekend, so be sure to save the date and stay tuned for more information.

Reformation Day Celebration
On the last Friday of October, Calvary hosts an annual Reformation Day celebration.  This celebration includes special music from the church musicians, a lecture on a topic related to the Reformation, special activities for children, and a reception to follow.  This year’s Reformation Day celebration will be on October 28th at 7:00 p.m.  Our speaker will the Rev. Dr. Chad VanDixhoorne.  Dr. VanDixhoorne will speak on the Westminster Assembly and scripture.

Missions Night
Each year Calvary invites one of our missionaries to speak after a fellowship meal together.  This event gives members and friends a deeper appreciation of OPC mission work—both home and abroad.

Christmas and Easter Concerts
A special program of sacred music is presented each Christmas and Easter by our seasonal church choir.  Members are encouraged to invite neighbors and friends.
